The Northumberland County Office of the Sheriff has
deployed the M4app, an online application that
automates the real estate sheriff sale process
for PA Sheriffs & Plaintiff's Attorneys. It
provides a secure online document exchange
environment for Attorneys to securely submit and
receive information from this office. In
addition, the monthly real state sheriff sale
list will be available on this Website. Each
sheriff sale will be listed by the month of sale
and a link to each sheriff sale handbill will be
easily accessed through
Adobe Acrobat Reader.
The Internet has proved to be a valuable
resource for locating information quickly and
conducting business efficiently. We believe
that the M4app will increase our productivity,
control costs, and enhance the overall
effectiveness of the sheriff sale process.
