Papers must be received in the Sheriff's office prior to the Received By Date
with a deposit of $3,000.00 to have the Sale Date listed.
Sales will start at 10:00 AM and be scheduled in fifteen minute increments, no sales between 11:30 AM - 2:00 PM due
to lunch hours of the Sheriff's Office.

Time of Sales will be sceduled when the Sheriff's Office receives the Writ of Execution
from our Prothonetary's Office, Please get Paper Work in ahead of time or your sale will be rescheduled to the next sales date.
